Move it or lose it
Move it or lose it is a strength and balance class for those over 65. The sessions include a great combination of cardiovascular exercise and a variety of exercises that build, improve and maintain strength and balance. Classes are approved and supported by Sport Taranaki
BuggyFit
Low impact cardio and strengthening exercises is the perfect combo to help you cope with demands of motherhood as we concentrate on the muscle groups that need a little more TLC after pregnancy and into motherhood.
Group exercise classes
Currently running we have Fit In The Park classes only but this will expand as FitWorks grows to include HIIT, Strength and Conditioning and Circuits. Watch this space!

I qualified as a Personal Trainer in the UK after having my second son. Making a career change from a Police Officer to a PT.
My areas of interest are in Kettlebells, strength and conditioning, seniors, rehab and prehab and pre and post natal exercise.
